You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monty from any claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting team@usemonty.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
12. General Provisions
We may modify these Terms at any time. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Monty regarding the Services.
